Marketing Associate

Location: Remote (North America Preferred)
Job Type: Part-Time Contractor (15-25 hours per week))

ABOUT YOU:

SpotGamma is seeking a Marketing Associate to bring our powerful suite of tools to more traders — through clear and compelling content that attracts, converts, educates, and retains. This role will help craft clear and engaging content to convert leads, educate traders, support product launches, and strengthen SpotGamma’s brand. The ideal candidate brings several years of marketing experience, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into accessible messaging for multiple different audiences.

This position can begin as a short-term contract, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term role based on performance.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Own performance-driven content across the full customer lifecycle — from acquisition and activation through retention and increased product adoption

Write compelling marketing emails and social posts, design sales pages, and create educational webinar presentations

Develop case studies, report cards, and explanations of market phenomena for multiple audience types

Build content supporting lifecycle automation, recurring trader communications, and high-volume email campaigns

Partner with Engagement and Product side of the business to communicate clear, trader-first value

Participate in early planning for campaigns and initiatives to shape high-impact messaging before execution begins

Ensure consistency in SpotGamma’s brand voice across all customer touchpoints

Analyze content performance across channels to sharpen messaging and strategy over time

Leverage AI tools to produce high-quality content efficiently, from first draft through final publish

Execute marketing campaigns effectively across marketing channels, ensuring proper tracking and attribution

Ensure our brand is top of mind for our core audience leveraging best practices in SEO, GEO and social media

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Proven ability to tailor complex technical messaging to different types of audiences

Several years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment

Basic financial literacy, with the ability to understand and explain key options concepts

Curiosity and willingness to learn SpotGamma’s tools, data, and options-flow framework

Strong communication skills across multiple formats — emails, web, social, and sales materials

Natural drive to innovate using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or custom tools) as a core part of your workflow and ability to execute using them

Nice-to-have: Trading knowledge (equities, options, or futures) with a basic understanding of financial markets

Business Operations Associate

Location: Remote (North America Preferred)

ABOUT YOU:

SpotGamma is seeking an entry-level Business Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day work that keeps a fast-growing fintech company running. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and operations — providing research, analysis, and execution support across the business. The ideal candidate is highly organized, curious, and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in financial markets and a comfort working with both AI and data.

This position can begin as a short-term contract, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term role based on performance.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Research & Analysis

Research SpotGamma's customer base to better understand needs, preferences, and behaviors

Analyze peer & competitor products and summarize findings to support product and marketing decisions

Support business research initiatives that help improve products and deepen audience engagement

Marketing & Customer Engagement Support

Build and revise educational collateral and presentation materials for webinars and trader communications

Help maintain consistency and quality across customer-facing materials

Product Support

Assist in testing and reviewing products at various stages — from early concepts through near-final designs

Document findings and surface clear, actionable feedback to the product team

Organizing Systems & Data

Adopt and leverage AI tools to produce high-quality content efficiently

Manage and maintain internal tracking systems to keep information accurate and accessible

Compile, organize, and communicate data clearly to support team decision-making

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present data and findings to leadership

Comfort using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or custom AI tools) as a core part of daily workflow

A curious, self-starter mindset — comfortable making quick judgments and moving fast in a startup environment

Genuine interest in financial markets; prior knowledge of options or trading is not required but is a plus

Nice-to-have: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, communications, or a related field

Nice-to-have: Exposure to marketing or analytics platforms
